CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS
The Father´s Heart is very actively involved in the fight against pedophilia. Brazil is number three in the world in pedophilia, and our city is number one in Brazil. The statistics say that 85% of all women are sexually abused by the age of 18.
The Father´s Heart organizes projects that include door-to-door contacts, public marches, and city-wide events that alert the population to the problem of pedophilia. We encourage parents to be much more careful about who they let have access to their children, engage people in spiritual intercession against the problem, and try to “vaccinate” the children by teaching them what to do if an adult approaches them in an unnatural way.
